January Intentions Retreat:

Peaceful Heart Sangha will be offering their annual “January Intentions” practice with an opening Day of Mindfulness on Saturday January 11, 2025 and closing on Saturday February 8,2025 - all on Zoom. We are invited to experiment with a practice or two for the month and see how it feels. This can be done within community support or on one’s own. Blue Cliiff Monastery Retreat:

Members of several Maine sangha’s are planning a carpool to visit Blue Cliff monastery in Pine Bush, NY over the MLK weekend (leaving central Maine on Friday morning, January 17 and leaving BCM on Monday morning, January 20). The fee range is a sliding scale $50-$120/night per person (3 nights=$150-$360). The weekend may include sitting, eating and walking meditation, a dharma talk/sharing and on Saturday evening, there will be a “Be In”/memorial celebration for Thich Nhat Hanh.
